Find your ideal property

Rental Guide

  • Step 1: Property Search

To begin your rental journey, start by exploring properties that align with your preferences and desired location. The most convenient way to find rental properties is through online search platforms. Our website offers a diverse range of listed properties, or you can also check out realestate.com.au for more options.

  • Step 2: Inspections

We strongly recommend inspecting any property you’re interested in before applying. Take the time to visit the property and evaluate what it offers to determine if it meets your expectations and justifies the rental price.

  • Step 3: Research

Before applying for any properties, it’s essential to conduct thorough research and understand the requirements. Familiarise yourself with the rental terms, such as the duration of the agreement and rental payment frequency. Additionally, ensure you have sufficient funds to cover the rental bond and two weeks’ rent in advance.

  • Step 4: Applying for a Rental Property

Keep in mind that property managers often receive numerous rental applications, which they use to create a shortlist for the property owner’s review and approval. To increase your chances of making the shortlist, ensure you complete all required details and attach the necessary 100 points of identification. Missing even a single question could mean losing out on the property, so carefully review your application before submission. Good luck!

  • Step 5: Signing the Lease

If your application is approved, one of our property managers will arrange a meeting for you to sign the lease agreement. At this stage, the rental bond will also be collected. The bond is held in a secure rental bond service and serves as a security deposit to cover any potential breaches of the lease agreement.
